Jeff Jacobson is currently an Executive Partner with Siris Capital Group LLC, a private equity firm which he joined in 2019. Mr. Jacobson serves as the Executive Chairman & CEO of Electronics for Imaging (EFI), a company which Siris Capital acquired in July, 2019. Prior to joining Siris Capital, Mr. Jacobson was the CEO of Xerox Corporation, a $10B Technology/Services company, in which Mr. Jacobson oversaw the largest product launch in the company’s 100 year history, while also overseeing a 3 year strategic transformation program, which drove $1.7B in productivity initiatives, resulting in the company’s highest ever operating margins. As the CEO of Kodak Polychrome, a $1.7B joint venture between Sun Chemical and Eastman Kodak, Mr. Jacobson led the company from losses approximating $100M/year to EBITDA of $275M in the final year, before the company was sold to Kodak (already a 50% shareholder) at a 2.65x return to Sun Chemical. Mr. Jacobson then joined Kodak as the COO of its newly formed Graphic Communications Group, integrating 6 companies into a $3.6B industry leader. Prior to commencing his operations career track, Mr. Jacobson spent the first 10 years of his career in Human Resources, becoming a Labor and Employment attorney, while serving as his company’s Affirmative Action Officer.
